How does the program work?

The candidate, as an owner-operator:
Subject to business and immigration profile assessment.
Receives an extensive business planning as well as supporting business information.
Receive a positive LMIA.
Obtain a work permit (WP) with a positive LMIA.
Creates a profile of Express Entry (EE) with the WP tag applied to it.
Receive an ITA (Invitation To Apply) for Permanent Residency(PR).
