A Visitor visa which is also known as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is an official document that we will attach to your passport to demonstrate that you meet the necessary requirements for entry into Canada. Not required if you are within the Airport premises. You do not need to request a study permit for short-term training courses such as six months or less. Instead, the candidate can request a visitor’s or temporary residence visa. However, the applicant must prove that they have applied for a course in any of the DLI (Designated Learning Institutes).
